Nestled on the serene Sea View Terrace, this quiet retreat features tasteful décor and panoramic sea views through its expansive living room bay window. A seasoned Airbnb favourite since 2014, it is thoughtfully furnished with a delightful blend of vintage and modern accents.
The lounge has a large bay window and provides direct sea views - the sunsets are simply spectacular. The charming and spacious living space has a comfortable sofa and an armchair, a dining area seating 4 in the bay and a Smart TV with catch-up and live tv channel like BBCiplayer and ITVX, plus Netflix and Amazon (guest will need to use their own log-in ). This home also has free internet access and for your entertainment a selection of books and games are also provided
The kitchen is compact and well-equipped: There is an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, and an under-counter fridge with an icebox compartment . Essential cooking provisions are at your disposal.
Sleeps 4:
The inviting main bedroom has a double bed with a new deep mattress (March 2025) and is adorned with fresh linen for your comfort. There is also a hanging rail storage.
The second bedroom has bunk beds and clothing storage.
The modern bathroom comprises of a large shower, basin and toilet. Toiletries are provided.
The apartment includes a shared private parking area with a narrow parking bay, which can be helpful on a busy summers day!

Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.
Margate train station is approx 10 minutes by foot and is regularly served by Southeastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station
National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Margate and take approximately 2 hours.
Frequent bus services: the Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.
House Rules for Considerate Living:
-We have a brand new floor so please remove shoes to minimize sand transfer, particularly as it's above another apartment.
- No smoking or vaping inside the property or communal areas.
-Keep noise levels low between 10 pm and 7 am, respecting the peace of fellow guests and neighbours.
-Note that toiletries provided may differ from those pictured.
- This property does not accept pets.
- Unless otherwise agreed, please stick to the check-in / check-out times.
