"A comfortable and well-equipped rental. It had everything imaginable in terms of kitchenware, recreational materials (games, cards), tourist brochures, cleaning materials, and bathroom supplies. The tourist information was solely in French as well as all instructions for the use of appliances. We highly recommend an English version, especially for the appliances, for those who have little to no French. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the owner about charges for linen and towels. "Nous avons apprécié le Cantal pour ses activités en plein air. Balades, baignades dans le lac... Le quartier, composé de chalets, est verdoyant, calme et agréable. Nous avons apprécié aussi la proximité du lac pour la baignade. Le logement est cosy, nous avons apprécié la terrasse sur laquelle nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas grâce au store et à l'ombre des arbres. Un seul bémol, l'étroitesse de la douche et des escaliers pour une personne grande et de forte corpulence."

"This was a one night stay for a short visit to the region for family reasons. There was nobody around on arrival. The restaurant was closed.There was a handwritten message stuck to the inside of the window explaining how to get to our room. The key was in the door. I needed to use the Wi-Fi during my stay but wasn’t informed what the password was and there was nobody around to ask. On leaving the restaurant was open and there was somebody there to take the key. Service was very poor, but I guess you get what you pay for."
