"Such a lovely place to stay with a courtyard for off-road parking. The Italian owner helpfully spoke good English. He said he also spoke other languages as well. It is right on the edge of the lake and the front rooms have a view over the lake and the back rooms have a delightful view of the mountainside and over look a courtyard with typical Italian buildings.
The owner and his wife were lovely, warm, helpful and hospitable. The rooms have what you need and the bed was comfortable. Opposite the...

"Giuseppe and his little bed and breakfast was a breath of fresh air! I recommend staying in a little town near the “main 3” Lake Como cities. Lierna was a perfect place to stay. This little B&B is convenient to the train station and water walkway. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the company and recommendations. "

"We used this B&B to spend the day near the lake. There are so many great places nearby. One day was not enough to visit them all. The host will list nearly lovely places to spend the day. Breakfast is included. Some bread, milk, fruit, juice, and local pastries are perfect for a quick start, and let us continue our journey.
There is a coffee machine with nice Italian coffee capsules.
There is internet and a TV with cable, which you can also use with your Netflix account.

"Bon séjour dans l’ensemble et bel appartement. Cependant, nuisances sonores provenant des autres appartements en soirée et la nuit, et également une literie peu confortable (ressorts du matela)."

"This is my first time coming to this town and this place that we stay in it. It was in my opinion the best of the best the view, the hospitality and the warmth the owner showed to his guest. I highly recommend it to everyone. "

"The breakfast was not included in the room price. The fee was 7 Euros each. The eggs were cold. They tasted ok though. There was yogurt available & 3 types of juice and water. Cappacino was also included. There was a bowl of fresh fruit: bananas, apples, oranges and grapes.

"This hotel is a fabulous location overlooking Lake Como with stunning views of the lake from the carpark, the restaurant and the bedrooms. Two min walk to the ferry stop means you can easily visit othe lakeside towns while taking in the amazing scenery. Car park on site"
"Had the most incredible weekend and the hotel was a large part of that. From the moment we arrive the staff were on point- super attentive, helpful and friendly. The setting is just stunning. We will be coming back! "
"We have stayed at this hotel for many years. It has one of the, if not the best view of Lago di Como of all hotels. I never get tired of sitting on their terrace, soaking in the scenic lake beauty with Alps in the background, with a glass of delicious Italian wine in your hand. The hotel is currently being updated, but all of the rooms are charming and comfortable. They have a very good restaurant on site where they serve the morning breakfast. The hotel staff go out of their way to make you happy. "
"This is easily one of the most beautiful and special hotels I’ve ever stayed in! It was like staying in a palace and the location in Bellagio couldn’t be more perfect!"
