"Grounds, pool and play area lovely just what we needed as a base to explore France for the week. Staff friendly from owner to grounds maintenance. Stayed in the standard house and we were left to enjoy our stay. Standard house would benefit from a a little DIY but didn’t affect day to day living and was very clean. Noyon with in easy reach and can recommend fruit from the farm sign posted off the road on the way to Noyon. Tourist information office in Noyon very useful."

"Tiny room, right next to a corridor exit door so we could hear everybody walking past and talking in the morning and banging the door. Asked the front desk for an extra pillow and another towel, told there were none. Smoke detector hanging off the ceiling, a hanger broke in the middle of the night and fell to the floor with a clatter, dust in the bathroom vents, and no parking spaces available when we arrived. It was all a bit shabby, for ÂŁ15 less a night we may as well have went to the Ibis - it can't have been any worse."
