HOUSE JO-LI, village house founded around the Castle of Margon.

Former home winemaker of the 18th being in a nice little wine village while circulade opposite the Chateau 13th century between Béziers and Sète, 10 minutes from Pezenas. A half hour of Cap d'Agde, Lake Salagou or foot of the Cevennes, will toggle between land and sea.
The ideal 200m2 house with family and friends up to 9 people including 4 bedrooms (2 beds 180, 1 bed of 160 and 3 beds of 90), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a bathroom bathroom with corner bath, 2 toilets, a large kitchen of 45 m2 equipped (appliances, dishes, oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge freezeur, washing machine ...) and a beautiful living room of 60 m2 with fireplace and pool table 7 foot. You can also take advantage of a superb view of the Castle from the terrace.
Linen and towels provided - beds made on arrival.
Pets accepted under certain conditions
Rental weekend or week only.
Price for a weekend: 500 euros.
Price for one week: 900 euros (up to 9 people).
Provide for the household 15 euros / person to present directly to the housekeeper.

Voici les points fortsEspaceBon équipement sauf table et siegesLiteriePropreté..charme...La possibilité d etre deux familles car 2 espaces distinctsPoints negatifs pour moi L annonce indique 1 escalier qui est facile a monter par contre il y a des marches partout pour entrer dans les chambres ..salle de bain et a part le salon en bas c 1 table et chaises hauteur bar pour manger ,alors ce n est que mon avis et ne le prenez pas mal mais si enfants en bas age ou personne avec difficulté genoux..dos comme moi ou en surpoid cela devient tres compliqué Ce gite n est pas adapté si vous avez 1 mobilité avec qques soucis ..avec des enfants qui demarrent la marche et surtout mettez 1 table et des chaises normales en bas cela gagnerait en confort car en été la piece qui est tres belle en haut est tres chaude donc on est beaucoup en bas .Refaire aussi le sol douche en bas car car risque de tomber il manque beaucoup de galets et augmenter le nombre de ventilateurs .au moins 1 par pièce apres nous y etions pendant canicule.et mettre des serviettes de toilettes de plus grande taille .Cette maison est atypique avec beaucoup de charme mais pas adaptée pour tout le monde .

une maison acceuillante pour se retrouver en famille

Nous avions choisi cette location pour passer Noel en famille. Maison atypique avec beaucoup de charme, grands espaces ! Le billard a été un plus apprécié de tous et surtout avec nos 3 ados! L'extérieur est pas très grand ( nous le savions ) mais très appréciable le matin au p'tit déj et en soirée! Merci a Sabrina pour son accueil et ses conseils! un gîte avec de l'espace et du confort

Ideal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis... Le côté touristique se décline à la fois côté mer et côté intérieur. Dommage que la circulation ait été aussi dense en cette période de Mai!!!

Agréable séjour

Le logement est très agréable et un bon volume. Pour ce mois de septembre, cela était idéal car beau temps, nous avons pu aller à la plage à Vias, visite de Pézenas, lac du Salagou..etc.. Nous avons été très bien accueilli Au niveau vaisselle et accessoires nous n'avons manqué de rien ! Nous étions 6 adultes, 2 enfants et un bébé... très bien !!

Médiocre

Il était une fois une maison dans le village de Margon qui sur photo était vraiment bien mais sur photo uniquement! Arrivant sur place personne pour nous accueillir nous devont faire une chasse au trésor pour trouver la clé, une fois celle-ci trouvée nous ouvrons la porte et découvrons une cuisine avec un escalier dans le fond et une porte sur la droite qu'elle ne fut pas notre surprise de découvrir que la maison est sur plusieurs niveaux! 2 chambres au premier étage avec le salon et 2 chambres au rez de chaussée avec la cuisine. Continuons la découverte de cette maison particulière. Terrasse se trouvant au 2ème étage et étroit ( pratique pour faire barbecue ou même détente???) Terrasse ne servant à rien pour ma part. Après les efforts prenons une douche au rez de chaussée douche italienne très bien et ben non, galet qui parte douche bouchée se retrouvant avec de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain! Les toilettes (2) ne se remplisse pas vite du coup pas moyen d'y aller un a la suite de l'autre pratique pour un gîte 9 personnes 🤔. Heureusement la douche du 1er fonctionne ( pas utiliser la baignoire). Après tout ces efforts peu de détente et connection au wifi après une nouvelle chasse au trésor un très long moment je découvre qu'en faite le code n'est pas celui de la box mais bien d'un cpl caché sur un multiprise non branché. Connexion faite ouf tout va bien parce que cest le seul moyen de communication dans le gîte pas de réseau téléphonique. Le billard top quand même.

Très bon séjour !

Maison fraiche car ancienne, belle surface, des pièces lumineuses, tout le matériel d'usage courant à disposition. Bien situé pour visiter la région de Lodéve à Sétes ( nord/sud ) ou de Montpellier à Narbonne. ( Est ouest ).

Centre of Herault

A wonderful huge property, extremely well equipped including a pool table. The house manager met us (as arranged) and guided up through the facilities of the house. The village of Margon does not have any shops though there are lots at both Pouxelles and Roujon each just 2km away. Margon does have an excellent restaurant. It is also perfectly placed to enjoy lakes and mountains and the coast. Finaly it is only a short drive to the medeival cities of Beziers and Carcassonne.

Superbe maison

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine, jolie maison, rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et de charme. La literie est top. Le billard est un plus très appréciable. Le seul point négatif c'est la terrasse tout en haut pour les barbecues c'est pas idéal mais nous nous sommes débrouiller. Très bonne semaine de vacances.

Séjour confortable

Correspondait en tout point à la description, belle et accueillante maison familliale. La cuisine est un peu sombre mais c'est le prix de la fraîcheur dans le sud. Tranquillité assuré dans ce joli village.
