"Not sure how on earth this property was awarded 4 stars - this is a 2 star place at best. Horribly tiny rooms, aging and unclean interior and exterior, and cold service. Not to mention the paper thin walls resulting in one being able to hear every single movement outside, as well as the constant construction noise that starts early in the morning.
They charge you for even tap water and is the only 4 star hotel so far that has refused to provide me with free bottled water. The location is also inconvenient - will NOT be staying here again. Such a rip off for substandard facilities. DO NOT come here if you’re actually expecting to stay at a 4 star hotel."
