Didn’t manage to use the pool or sauna, but I am sure they are amazing. This place perfectly executes all the little bits that make a stay memorable, especially little things like the accessories kit you get with thread and needles and buttons and face pads and the likes, little things like that make me recommend this place so highly. I also appreciated the healthy minibar that came with my room! If I am ever back in Bled, I will go there without a seconds’ hesitation and recommend others do too"

"The hotel is extremely clean and has been built to a very high standard throughout the rooms and public areas including the outdoor seating area, Reception and the restaurant. There is free private car park for up to approx 10 cars, including an EV charging bay. Very friendly staff, who speak perfect English, who were all very helpful. The location is in a small residential village with nothing around such as restaurants/bars etc, so unless you eat at the hotel, the nearest place is Bled to get something to eat or have drinks, which is either approx 30 minute walk along the country lanes or 10 minute drive, but be wary if visiting Bled in a car that you cannot park without it costing at least €6 for as little as 1 hour. Kransjka Gora, one of the Ski Resorts, is approx a 40 minute drive, Bonhinj likewise, so if Ski’ing, you are best hiring a car, as the buses are not overly frequent given it’s such a remote location. There is a small supermarket just up the road from the hotel which is handy. The only downside to the location I found was that it is near to a couple of local churches, which have the traditional church bells that go off every hour and every 15 minutes in between. The bells are extremely loud and quite annoying when you are trying to get some sleep. The hotel have recognised this though and provided a little plaque explaining its part of the Slovenian culture but recognise guests need a good nights sleep and provide ear plugs in the room. "

"Avery nice hotel pretty much in the centre of Klagenfurt. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. My room was small, and there is really no space or rack on which to open a suitcase. Good food at the next-door restaurant."

"Friendly welcoming staff. The room was clean and tidy, a few nicks and bumps here and there but nothing to complain about. The room was also quite spacious, especially for a solo traveller. Less than 1/2 mile from the train station so easily walkable."
