"Die Aufteilung und die Ausstattung der FeWo ist super. Alles sehr bequem, neuwertig und gemütlich. Großartig ist die überdachte Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den See und das Bergpanorama. Der Zugang zur Wohnung führt über eine steile Treppe durch den Garten und ist deshalb nicht für stark gehbehinderte Gäste zu empfehlen. Für alle Anderen ist es gutes Training! The appartment however has not been upgraded since the early 80s (except the shower) and things like amenities are a mix of left-overs/spare accesories. It works but basically its done in a way to maximize rental income with minimum investment. More importantly the appartment is very damp which is largely because they probably save on cost during the winter...

"To be honest, I knew the apartment was dated but it didn't appear very clean either. For example, the bed linens seemed worn and old, the bathroom (shower) smelled moldy, the trash wasn't taken out in the kitchen, and the bathroom towels smelled bad. The fridge did not work for us after plugging it in, the bathroom towels were not full length towels (but rather hand towels), the WIFI was unreliable. "We really enjoyed our time here. The owner warmed it in advance so that we would be comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom was nice as well. We loved having a tub for the children to bathe in. We also enjoyed the sauna/wellness room very much, but it is a separate entrance and is a shared space."
