The rooms were spacious and there was storage galore! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The laundry room was an added bonus and so was the golf cart! Communication with the host was amazing. You will not regret your stay here!"

"Prefect Location!! Restaurant, Beaches and Fun things to do minutes always or within driving distance!! Best part, it was gated and felt safe enough to let the kids be kids, and play in front of house. House was fully stock with thing that were needed like beach chairs and washer, dryer, games and more. Management and Owners were very attentive with our needs. "The host was very accommodating and understanding. We walk in to a beautiful house with nice furniture. The beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows. The air conditioners worked great. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. I didn’t see an ice maker, but there are plenty of trays to make ice. Bathrooms have nice water pressure. My daughter and I enjoyed watching the large TV, and having WiFi available. I would return again if I need to stay in that side of the island."

"The location is amazing entering el Yunque and is close to an amazing juice bar (Degrees 18) which was nice to have near by. The road the house is on is extremely steep so make sure your car can handle that…. But the view is gorgeous from up there. The house is super spacious, cute, and comforts for a family. The outside decks were and views were my favorite. The kids got to enjoy the pool as well and loved the outdoor space down there too. We wish we had booked longer! Looking forward to...

"Easy to find, but the roads are steep at times. Communication was a breeze with Kim, who responded to texts promptly. Having an app to open the gate up on arrival made it very smooth, and a code for the door as well -- no keys to keep track of. Privacy was not an issue, the whole floor was for our use, as well as the pool, even though Hector was on the floor above and close by if we needed him. I LOVED the foliage and wildlife we found when exploring. Thank you for the perfect stay!"

"First off !!! Jay is a great host. He made our trip a better experience. The flat we stayed in, is definitely for people who enjoy the outdoor experience. My wife and I were celebrating our first anniversary and Jay’s flat was the perfect base to have a true Puerto Rico experience. "Property is as shown in pictures. Home is spacious and kirchen well equipped. Bathrooms are on the small side but not too small. Pool is great for 4 or 5 adults to just chill in. "This property was everything the listing promised and more! It provides what is essentially a private beach, and is near many amazing things. It is minutes away from the Luquillo Kiosks and El Yunque. It was a great place to stay. I was able to watch the sunrise every morning right from the balcony. The owner was very thoughtful and provided great communication. I hope to stay here again next time I am in Puerto Rico."

"I can't say enough about Garry's place. Our flight was delayed twice due to weather in Florida, so we arrived a bit after 11 pm, and he still was able to meet us at the property with keys in hand. Do to our late arrival we were worried that there wouldn't be anything open late, but that subsided when we opened the fridge to some treats, sodas, and cold bottled water.
