Nice hotel in the city. The breakfast was good. One complaint is their garage has the same name as several others in the area, making it difficult to find. Also something needs to be done about navigation to the main entrance as it is located on the lower level and maps trys to have you get out on the highway.

Great location! Can be difficult to find the entrance to the parking garage if you are coming in by car. Breakfast was fantastic! We got upgraded to a suite, which was awesome.

Lovely hotel - great location with a lovely setting along the river. The only slight problem we had is the air con didn’t work very well and on a 36 degree day we could’ve really done with it. Spoke to reception about it but no improvements could be made that’s just how it was. Otherwise lovely stay thank you

Would stay again

While there is no coffee in the room, it had convenient location, easy parking, good breakfast, and apart from one young man at reception who didn't want to make a dinner reservation for us, great and friendly staff. Overall, I would stay there again.

Big hotel with great restaurant and terrace

Big hotel in a convenient location and with a nice terrace. The restaurant here is in itself worth a visit. The hotel has pretty much everything you need and you can see it if you go to youtube and search for the karlmarkinternational channel and the slovenia playlist. It will be great to soon be back here.

Staff were extremely obliging (had problem with the TV which was quickly fixed). Breakfast was excellent. Although the room was spacious, there was only one small window and with the main lighting coming from a large, central light, it made it all a bit gloomy.

Cleaning could be better...

The staff were very friendly and a great breakfast each morning. The remote control was filthy so it made me question the level of hygiene in other areas. The air con was next to useless so I had to open the windows, but because it's a heatwave, that did nothing. Therefore, two hot and disturbed nights.

Very good hotel, very good location at 20-30 min walking distance to all the citycenter touristic attractions. Room very clean, spacious, furniture in good condition. Unfortunately hotel restaurant wasn't work during our stay, yet plenty of other restaurants available in the close neighborhood. Breakfast very good, fresh food, many variants. Air conditioning system works only with central system settings, my room thermostat was unable to change setpoint, probbably due to the hotel policy.
