"The room was clean and the organization is doing upgrades. They had done a nice job on the bathroom. There were sufficient electric appliances to prepare light breakfasts and coffee. The staff worked hard to fix access issues and after a little of a bumpy start, things worked out. "

"Apartment was clean and updated. We were able to park right outside of stairwell door, which allowed for easy in and out. The parking lot is a gated entry, so felt safe. The building elevator was broken for our entire visit, so with the room being on the 3rd floor it was a hassle to lug our large suitcase up and down for check-in and out. Host was responsive to all questions upon check-in. "

"Vince was absolutely wonderful and incredibly communicative every step of the way. I genuinely don’t know when this man sleeps—he responded to my messages within minutes, every time! He was so sweet, thoughtful, and patient throughout my stay.The room itself was adorable. The mini fridge was surprisingly spacious, and the microwave? Freaking cute. The space had everything I needed and more.Location-wise, it was perfect—just half a mile from downtown Chandler, which made it super easy to walk...

"Location was good and property was clean upon arrival. Parking situation was very tight but always had a place to park. Only sketchy thing was the keypads on the door to get into the room as there was no other lock on the door once inside. As a single female traveler I would have preferred to have a chain or some other type of lock to ensure that even if someone had the code there was another line of protection. Other than that no complaints, it was a nice stay for the price point."
