New facility yet bathtub was flooding. Housekeeping staff was VERY LOUD slamming doors and pulling on our door to see if we needed cleaning.

Sonesta Select Phoenix Chandler
Comfortable clean room. Liked the courtyard. Fitness center met my needs. Location was great. We were able to park and easily walk to eateries fro breakfast and dinner.

Metro Chandler Extended Stay
Our very first room that we originally was given had several things wrong with it. Such as the tub looked at horrible, the couch looked like it had dog hair all over it. Some of the lights written on and that list goes on. We were sent to another room where it appeared to be. Ok, until the roaches ...

Aloha Wave
They didn't have a room available for when I needed to check-in to start work so I had to find a hotel that could accommodate that, but Aloha wouldn't refund the night. There was no one on site, everything was done online and it felt extremely impersonable.

The Avenida Condominiums
The owners were unreachable, I couldn't get into my room. They were completely unresponsive for days, I ended up arguing with Travelocity for hours to get my money back.
