I was there during the off season so the hotel was not staffed. I went for breakfast at Hotel Pommern and the staff and breakfast was great

Rauhallinen siisti hotelli. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Aamiainen hyvin monipuolinen. Hotellissa pyritään säästämään luonnonvaroja ja hotelli kerää rahaa Pidä saaristo siistinä -liikkeelle. Siitä täydet pisteet. Yksi asia kuitenkin pilasi yöpymiskokemusta. Sängyssä oleva tyyny oli käyttökelvoton, se oli liukas ja littaantuva. Se oli Jyskin tyyny, jossa sisällä silikonikäsiteltyä keinokuitua. Huonompaa en ole koskaan käyttänyt!!!

Huoneet olivat oikein tilavia, viihtyisiä ja moderneja. Hyvä äänieristys, hiljainen. Aamupala alakerrassa riittävän monipuolinen, plussaa, että sai hauduttaa itse oman teensä! Lemmikkiystävällinen hotelli. Hyvä sijainti keskellä Maarienhaminaa, lyhyet etäisyydet kaikkialle.

Ulosteen hajua tuli ikkunasta huoneeseen.

Ikkunan avattua ulkoa tuli wc-eritteiden haju hyvin voimakkaana huoneilmaan. Vaikka ikkunan sulki ja avasi tovin odotettuaan, niin ulosteen haku tuli uudelleen sisään huoneeseen. Tämä haju vaikutti koko yöpymisen ajan, kun se tapahtui heti huoneeseen saavuttuamme. Ei voinut tietää, tuleeko sama toistumaan. Näkymä ikkunasta oli takapihalla olevalle seuraavan kerroksen katolle, mikä ei inspiroinut näkymänä.
