"This is bizarre… The apartments are for .old people’! It’s an old folks home…!! It’s a home for the aged…!!! It’s a retirement home!!!! "I've stayed at a few Aparthotels run by this chain & know what to expect - in terms of apartment condition this was fine and walkable to the city centre. What made my stay difficult was the car parking. I emailed the property twice before arriving (on a Saturday) saying that I needed to park my car but nothing was done. I even phoned the number provided but they never replied. I ended up street parking which was not ideal. "

"The room is a little smaller like in Paris. There’s no elevator. Fortunately we were only one floor up. It was fairly quiet until you heard people walking up and down the staircase early in the morning. Regular shower not hand held like some hotels we stayed at. There was paid parking across the street. It was a short approximately 10 minute walk to the centre of town. It’s a very clean city with lots of trees and flowers. The sidewalks are beautiful with very nice tile bricks. "

"I requested a room on the top floor when I booked and was told that it was fully booked at 4pm in the afternoon on arrival. the receptionist was particularly unhelpful. When I insisted on atop floor room she miraculously identified one. When you request a top floor room when you book a week in advance online, why can't the hotel provide you with one. The staff need training on dealing with customers, "
