"I wish the staff were more friendly"

"It was like coming home! Villa Kapresse not only met our expectations, but surpassed them. We felt right at home from the very first night. We had dinner at the restaurant, which kicked off a perfect stay. The food was delicious and the ambiance was so relaxing. The continental breakfast was more than we could want, delicious fresh bread and our fruit and yoghurt bowls were excellent. The staff is beyond friendly and super helpful with ideas for things to do during the stay. Our room was super clean and thoughtfully decorated. The AC and fan worked great and the terrace was a nice surprise. The entire Villa is well maintained so we felt like we were in an exclusive space on the island. The location was perfect as we were centrally located. If you want a real home experience of St Martin, instead of the same ‘ol tourist stay, then book a stay at the Villa. You won’t regret it. "This was our second stay and it didn’t disappoint. We were sad that Seabreeze restaurant and pool were shut as we liked that area but there was a new a la carte in the buffet . The food was good and the resort was clean . My only criticism would be the staff as the majority weren’t particularly friendly. "

"Room was spotless, nice kitchen with everything needed. Hot shower. The restaurant was excellent. Great philly chesesteak sandwich. Good beach access. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. On the downside, don't expect the dryers to get clothes dry. Pool isn't great for swimming laps. I didn't see a gym. All in all, a great value for the money."
