"Even though the hotel is quite new and really clean. However due to usage some areas need’s some maintenance and updates. Spa are is really nice, clean and relaxing. Breakfast has lots of choices. Staff is very helpful across the hotel. Even though we had some issues with the room, staff went extra mile to resolve it."

"Stayed at this Hotel before excellent Hotel and Spa 5 stars only a few small concerns, not enough rubbish bins in the room, no milk in the room ! Would definitely recommend this Hotel ! "Good convenient location close to the main coach and rail stations for Kaunas. Nice modern hotel."

"Well appointed, clean hotel in a great location. Bar opening times were limited but maybe the middle of May is too early in the season. Reception staff answered the questions asked but could be more proactive eg providing the wifi code and a local street map upon arrival without being asked. The outdoor sun terrace and open seated on the first floor were great spaces to socialize."
