In the picturesque rural town of Marilla, right outside East Aurora, this lovely completely renovated cape home is a beautiful, comfortable and welcoming choice. It’s a peaceful option that’s about 20 minutes from many of Western New York’s popular destinations. A nice choice for a family, a couple, or an individual…traveling for family visits, shopping and site-seeing or a business trip.

We are walking distance to The Marilla Country Store. Founded in 1851, the store is the oldest continuously operating country store in New York State.

On the first floor is an inviting farmhouse kitchen that seats 8 comfortably. Everything you need to eat-in is provided, including a full-size gas oven with air-fryer option and modern amenities. The coffee bar is stocked with a colorful collection of mugs (pick your favorite to use during your stay!) and options for coffee and teas.

A spacious and comfortable living room has enough seating for all, with a large, plush sectional, two recliners, a large TV, plus an electric fireplace for cool nights and a cozy atmosphere!
Also on the first floor is a serene bedroom with a king bed, nightstands with USB ports and TV.

A private room with a couch, lift top table and TV offers a quiet work or hangout space. The couch can be converted to a full-size bed. A full bath with shower completes the first floor.

The second floor offers two pretty bedrooms, one holds a queen bed and the other has two twin beds, comfortable for adults as well as children. A second full bath on this floor has a tub with shower.

There is plenty of space in the game room to enjoy a large selection of games, cards and books.
