"Inefficient. First floor has water pressure issues. Toilet would overflow and needed to wait over 10 minutes for it flush entirely. Imagine that for a family of four. Went to check out at 7:50 AM and reception only works from 8:00 AM. No problem. But como 8:10 AM, and no one arrived. Went to restaurant area to get assistance a d was told I had to wait for receptionist. I asked how long, and waitresses responded that I had to wait for receptionist. Receptionist arrived at 8:25 AM. "Casa Parcha is something else! Sleeping in the middle of the forest to the sounds of hummingbirds, a river, and a waterfall in the background is just unbelievable. Waking up to that morning felt surreal. Felt completely safe the entire time and our host was super responsive — any question we had, they were right there.
