The apartment needs a bit of a facelift, but the equipment is functional and the location itself, as well as the fact there are two terraces, is great - you just have to like being surrounded by lots of other apartments, so it's not to everyone's taste - if you like rural and calm and isolated, it's not for you. "Positives - Oropesa is very wheelchair accessible with wide pavements and plentiful dropped kerbs. Negatives - Property was wholly misrepresented as being wheelchair accessible - it isn't. Apart from steps at the front door and on to the terrace, the rooms are far too small to get a wheelchair around. As an example, the only clear floor space in the bathroom was directly in front of the handbasin, less than a square metre, and my smaller than average chair wouldn't go through the narrow door...
