"We arrived at the house and Massimo showed us the apartment that we were to stay in. At first it looked big enough but after a day we realised that it only had a bedroom and ensuite bathroom with a kitchen leading out onto a yard that had table and chairs, washing machine and a shower area. We realised we had no windows, only the light coming in from the glass windows on the doors. Apart from that the fixtures and fittings were ok. "We booked the hotel as part of a larger trip around Puglia and it is truly special. The space is gorgeous, the staff is amazing, and there were so many activities that it was easy to keep busy. The food at the restaurant was also great. We tried the bike tour, a cooking class, and a wine tasting, and we would easily recommend all of them but especially the wine tasting. We were able to try different local wines with local cheeses and snacks, which was a wonderful experience. We would love to come back and stay here again, as there were activities we would love to try."

"Incredible , Gallipoli is a beautiful city and this is the perfect place to stay.. lovely room, wonderful staff, the hotel is so well appointed the details are thoughtful and beautiful.. our breakfast was incredible not just because of the food ( which was delicious ) but the upper deck is so beautiful and a perfect way to visit Gallipoli.. 5 stars +"

"We were a family with 3 rooms. That morning they called me stating they couldn't accommodate us and moved us to one of their apartments which was conveniently available. Everything else was booked in the town so we had no choice to stay. The cost of the apartment was much less but other than buying us drinks they never refunded me as they were supposed to. It was very upsetting and terrible customer service."
