"I had been looking at several villas in the area, but when I saw this one, I knew it was the one I wanted, however in the Vrbo brochure it says it is a short walk to the church, but it is a 15 minute drive, apart from that it looked good. On arrival I was greeted by Salvo who was lovely, his English was not great, but I am trying to learn Italian so it was good practice for me. The villa was even better than it looked. "Der Haus war für uns perfekt. Alles war da, was wir benötigen haben. Der Pool (Meerwasserpool) war super. Das Meer ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Zwei Sonnenschirme für diesen Strand ist auch vorhanden ( für alle die Fliegen), dieser ist flachabfallend, ideal für Kids.Eine kleiner Laden 50 m von der Wohnung gab es täglich frische Brötchen und Hörnchen. "We stayed in the villa as part of our wedding week, we got married in Piazza Armerina and stayed with friends in the villa for the few days before and after. It was tranquil and such a beautiful place. The staff were extremely helpful & it was perfect for what we needed! We couldn’t recommend the villa complex enough. "The apartment is spacious, quiet and fully equipped with comfortable furniture, kitchen supplies and good bedding. It is perfectly located by the sea with two beautiful beaches in the immediate neighborhood. The host Giorgio was very accomodating and attentive. He provided us with important information (where to shop for groceries/where to eat). He even prepared some local delicacies for us to eat. Yummy! The nine days my wife and me spent in Marina di Monica just flew by. We highly recommend...
