"We had a great stay. The property is as described in the listing. The house was clean, well maintained, and properly stocked with all amenities. The location is tucked back into a very quiet cove. We kept our boat on the dock for 17 days without any issues. The water is deep even though the lake was low. Our host always communicated promptly if we had any questions, usually within minutes. The only complaint I have is that we didn’t get to stay longer. I highly recommend this property. "

"The house is perfectly located close to a boat ramp. The covered dock was great for boat storage during the stay. The house was clean and equipped with all the necessary items for a few days stay. It was a very cozy environment. The owners were very helpful amd communicated well with us. I would recommend anyone especially a fisherman to stay here. We will be back."

"The host was very responsive and accurate in the description. The game changer for our family was the extended space of the “man cave”. This location allowed for a surreal get away location for family members to compete with the golf simulator. Having several large commune areas was also a welcomed experience that allowed for both privacy and family gatherings. "

"The host, AvantStay, was welcoming and they were quick to respond to all communication. The home was clean and very comfortable for our family Christmas. One thing that stood out to us was the arrangement of sleeping quarters. The spaces are nicely separated so each of our four family groups were able to have some privacy. This also helped with noise—some people stay up later. Overall, this was a great stay. Nice neighborhood, clean home, well appointed. And, the nice surprise was that it was tastefully decorated for Christmas. Thank you AvantStay for a great holiday home."

"This property is beautiful, it is also very noisy as the owner lives above the rented space. Every move made, every step taken and everything said you can hear. No real privacy what so ever, it was not disclosed in the listing as such. Text and emails went unanswered as well. We checked in Thursday evening and we left early Friday morning. We were suppose to stay til Sunday as that is what we paid for. It was so unpleasant and uncomfortable we rented another place from Friday-Sunday and it was amazing. I would hate for some one else to waste money on this place. "
