The staff helped us with navigation and taxi help. It was an experience i will never forget. The hotel has an old charm and situated in the heart of casablanca. "

"On arrival we were upgraded to a beautiful executive suite with access to the executive lounge. The suite was stunning and gave us plenty of space and comfort. Upon visiting the executive lounge, we were greeted by Naseem who waited on us for the next 2 nights. He was very friendly and accommodating and definitely made our stay at the hotel more comfortable. The breakfasts at the hotel were amazing - loads of choice and well presented. "
