"The place is unbelievably noisy (traffic, loud music etc). It has zero sound-proofing. We only used it for a day stay to catch a midnight flight, but you won't get any sleep there. There was only one chair. Shower head wouldn't stay up. On the plus side, it has great AC and is easy walking distance to the airport. But not worth the money."

"Our experience at Villa Teanaiva was outstanding. The Villa is in a beautiful location overlooking the sea and the island of Morrea.Everything was vey clean and in excellent condition. We felt like we were staying at a resort. We arrived in the evening and the host greeted us with her family. They were so gracious and kind. They had made delicious yogurt for us to have and provided coffee for our first morning . They had also made chocolate chip cookies. Throughout our stay, they were available to help with anything we needed . We can’t say enough great things about both the host and beautiful home and location. We will definitely book there again when we return to Papeete and will highly recommend it to our friends. "

"Overall, this place is just amazing! What a way to enjoy Tahiti! The view is exactly as advertised, and the rooms and beds are large. It's close to everything (restaurants, supermarkets, gas, beaches, airport, ferry, you name it) and truly deserves the 5/5's it gets. In addition, Denis is an incredible host. He met us at the airport, waited while we went through some rental car challenges and then showed us around the property. When we forgot something at the house on checkout, he brought it to the airport so we could pick it up on our way back from Bora Bora. Great house. Great hosts. What else could you ask for? (didn't take any pics of the interior, but here are a few of the view and the sunset)"
