"The check in process was very efficient and the desk clerk was very friendly and informative. Our room needed some work. The sink and tub drains drained very slowly. The mattresses were somewhat saggy and the frames were very squeaky/noisy with every movement during sleep. We were there for three days and had no housekeeping visits therefore not even having clean and dry towels. "
