"This hotel is amazing for its location, gardens, facilities and rooms. We have stayed here twice now; once as a couple and once with our 3 children (6,10 and 11). The two swimming pools are beautiful, warm and clean. They are never very busy and there is no fighting for sun beds. The restaurant serves lovely food and drinks. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. There is a play park and beautiful gardens including a fenced off duck pond within the hotel grounds. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is great. 10 minutes walk to el Corte ingles and 2 metro stations (camara Gaia is the easiest station to get off at) which then only takes 5 minutes to get to central Porto. What really makes this hotel outstanding is the staff who are a credit to their occupation. Every single staff member we encountered were professional, kind and welcoming. Myself and my son had to extend our stay due to him coming down with chicken pox during our stay and we were always checked on, made to feel welcome and there was nothing too much. Thank you all, we will be back again! "
