On our first night, we arrived late due to a traffic incident, and the staff went above and beyond by offering food and drinks from the bar even after the kitchen had closed. They also arranged all our taxi needs and, impressively, noticed us arriving via the security cameras and immediately came out with a cart to help with our luggage. Every detail of our stay exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sorrento."

"Amazing place within steps of the beach. Great location. Fabulous breakfasts each morning overlooking the sea. The staff was amazing. Recommend you hire a porter in advance to get your bags to and from the hotel. There are a lot of steps and it's a long way to a "main" roadway. "
