"Liked the cottage, and the outside lights. Very quiet area. Was very disappointed that we could not fish in area. the space around our dock and several others in the area were completely dry. The sunrise and sunset were beautiful. We would rent again, but maybe a different time of the year."

"First things first. The ownership/management was very personable and accommodating. The marina resort was very peaceful and serene. A nice fire pit behind our unit. The cottage was small but well maintained. Reasonably close to boat ramp and dock and slips. Docks were well kept. Prices were very reasonable and fair. My brother's and myself had a wonderful experience there."

The resort is close to a lot of things (LBL, hiking,watersports, restaurants,etc.) But is still a nice, quiet place to enjoy the views. Jim was an excellent host, checking in a couple of times to see if we needed anything. We would stay there again."

"We enjoyed the time we spent in the cabin. The area was quiet and peaceful but we were disappointed in that we could not fish in the lake. The growth of the plants around the perimeter of the lake prevented us from being able to fish from the bank behind the cabin. We are planning on coming up again next year if it is possible. The hosts provided extras like snacks and a variety of coffees, hot chocolate, etc. We were close to the lake and enjoyed walking along a lakeside path. There was a lovely patio where we were able to sit & enjoy the views including a group of deer who strolled by."
