"Over promised and under delivered. Process of sending photos prior to stay was a PIA. Lack of elevator was never disclosed. Keypad didn’t work, so had to use physical keys; plenty of drama in securing the keys. Promised to send handyman when requested on 1st day of stay, but didn’t show up until last day (and poor communications, so we weren’t there to let him in!) No water pressure or hot water in one shower and dirty hallway. Area undergoing gentrification, so some cool restaurants and shops....
