"Property was very well taken care of newly renovated, with excellent decor. Owner was very responsive. Nice quiet place where my family and enjoyed ourselves and some amazing hiking in the Linville gorge. If your grilling be aware you are in bear country and they may want to come check out what’s for dinner. I would go back in a second."

"My room was modern, very clean and comfortable for my stay. The staff was quite helpful and able to answer my questions. The morning breakfast could add some items and I hope that they will add things such as juice, oatmeal and fruits. I will visit this property again given its location near the interstate and the pleasant town of Marion."

"Location and the views are phenomenal. Host communication and instructions are also excellent. Everything is thought through to the smallest detail. It's obvious that the owner pours lots of love into this listing. The house is well equipped: charging stations at every corner, glass & porcelain dishes & glasses (no cheap plastic), soap, shampoo, etc are of a high quality, white linens & towels, plushy rugs in the bathroom, a robe, beautiful decor throughout. Game room was tons of fun, but the space was tight for both air hockey and pool tables. Only complaint is cleanliness and yard mowing service at 8am. The house needs dusting and wet cleaning throughout. Lawn mowing should be done no earlier that 9am. It was a major annoyance to listen to the lawn mover while trying to enjoy morning coffee and the view on the first morning. Appreciate the maintenance, but not the timing. Overall, highly recommend this property."

"Everything was amazing, was exactly what the pictures showed and was very clean and relaxing for our quick little get away. Only thing we thought was the view was amazing from the top floor and it would also been amazing from main level if the trees were trimmed a little. But it was a great cabin and close by our family that live there and we will be back again."
