"We had an awesome time at this house and the host was fantastic. The view is amazing and the home has everything you might need (even smores ingredients!). The outdoor area is great for relaxing and there is plenty of comfortable seating on the inside as well. My friends and I are already discussing having a longer trip to the area so we can stay in this house again! (I will mention that the driveway is so steep it feels like you are going up the hill on a roller coaster, but that only adds to the feeling of being secluded!)"

"Overall the stay was excellent and we as a family or just myself plan to come back as the location is perfect for our desires between hiking really close by and places to eat or go grocery shopping. The only suggestion I have is for breakfast to have fruit as an option for breakfast. The amount of carbs and sugar options really needs something like fruit to balance it out for breakfast for us who are health conscious."

"First the property was as represented -- this has not always been my experience. It is not exactly close to anything, but then not that far from lots of stuff. We fished in Tenn, one hour; Grandfather Mt, 30 min; Blowing Rock about an hours; drive on Parkway, 10 min.; Little Switzerland, 30 minutes; ate at Louise's Rockhouse, 15 minutes. With gate fell secure leaving stuff at the house when away. Definitely consider renting again."
