"I love that our room has a patio next to the river. We cooked dinner using the kitchen kit and enjoyed our meal on the patio while listening to the soothing sounds of the river. The only downside was that the shower head switches are leaking. There are two shower heads in the bathroom."

"Perfect, cozy cottage to stay at with my teen grand daughters. We used it as home base while we hiked Yosemite, only 1 hour from entrance. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed, and very clean. Cliff promptly answered all my questions. We loved our stay."

"This was a lovely secluded property that allowed us to take our dog for a few days in the mountains. It was only 10 minutes into downtown Mariposa, and an hour to an hour and a half to Yosemite depending on which entrance you take: Arch Entry 1 hour, South/Mariposa Grove 1 1/2. We loved the secludedness. And appreciated the cleanliness, kitchen amenities (including the Mariposa Coffee which is just down the street for visitors), and updated aspects of the property. However, next time we will go in early spring to enjoy all the outdoors have to offer. This property, as much of the foothills are this time of year, was covered with painful stickers which didn’t allow our dog to enjoy the sprawling property as much as we had hoped."

"Teresa, the office manager, is very friendly and helpful, she recommends restaurants, assists our Wi-Fi internet access and provides extra blankets .. The two Queen beds and hotel room is roomy and clean, hot water is smooth and strong. The hotel is convenient located and easy access to gas station, restaurant and supermarket! "
