A clean simple place to stay in a great location. I couldn’t get the water warm during the first shower use, but the staff was very good about sending up maintenance right away. They just told me that it needed to run for 10 minutes first. They give you ample towels for the pool and the beach. The buffet breakfast was a great addition. However, it is a basic hotel, nothing fancy. I didn’t like their shampoo and I didn’t find the beds to be very comfortable. Fine for an affordable quick getaway. They also give you two free water bottles a day, which is nice.

Clean room, professional staff

They need to improve check in, the room was not ready at 4p. I tried to check in at 12p and 4p, my room was not ready until 445p and others were waiting as well. Upon checking out they did not provide a receipt stated I would get it later after the room was cleaned. I still haven’t received a receipt. They also put a $500 additional hold with the total I paid. Valet is $75 and self parking is $69. There is not any other overnight parking close by. Overall, the hotel is nice and clean.

The property was beautiful, my flight was canceled the day I was to arrive and I couldn’t get their until the next day, I called them the night before and a note was supposed to be left on my account, arrive and was told my reservation was posted as a no show.. frustrating at first but it was rectified within 15 minutes. I appreciated the quick fix. Pool area was a bit chilly but nice and the hotel was beautiful, Asthestic friendly! One morning we had a waitress who was not friendly at the on site restaurant but other than that day it was fantastic!

I had an amazing experience at 72 Park. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable. The pool was absolutely fantastic, definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The location couldn’t have been better; it’s conveniently near everything, which made getting around very easy. The staff was also outstanding, very polite, attentive. The only small suggestion I would make is to add blackout curtains in the main room, as the brightness from outside can be a bit strong. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again!
