"Very nice, ample and light room with a double bed, a proper desk, kitchenette and table. Much nicer and spacious than a hotel room. Bed was not the most comfortable but ok for a couple of nights. 10 minutes walking away from Rugby's pedestrian area. "The house was freshly renovated. Everything was nice."

"The table was chipped and scratched. And I had to pay an extra £40 on top of my booking price for the standard after stay cleaning. Had to message the property to ask for check in information. Could hear the road from the room as well as everyone leaving and entering through the front door. Will not be staying here again"

"This hotel far exceeded our expectations it was more like a mini resort and wished we could have stayed longer than the 3 nights.. perfect for exploring the local attractions and only 40-45mins to Alton Towers. The room we had was a 2 bed apartment in the main building, which was much bigger than the photos. The amenities were awesome and there’s a range of free activities and entertainment that was put on whilst we were there. The staff were also amazing, we will be back for sure :-)"
