"We had a lovely stay, bed room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and the owner so helpful and kind. He’s been working on the hotel so it was a little tired and is still a work in process. But what has been done so far looks great. Short walk from the wonderful Rutland water, great for walks. "

"Great little traditional village inn B&B Only small issue was they only have Chinese food available for evening meals although the Chinese was excellent if you are staying more than two nights its a bit repetitive there are no other options in the village for food so you need to travel to neighbouring villages."

"Stephen (the host) was great! Very friendly and welcoming! The room was very cosy, clean, and well equipt. Unfortunately, due to busy work, I was unable to explore the grounds, but I imagine they were lovely. 100% would stay again if working in the area."
