"Stayed here three nights while visiting Göteborg, was a pleasant stay and I would recommend!
Arrived on a Tuesday evening around 10pm and since this hotel is directly in the train station, you have to walk outside briefly only to enter. We waited about 15 minutes to check in since there were a few people in front of us. The staff was cordial and professional, the checkin itself only took about 6-7 minutes.
The regular double room was spacious and clean, the TV had a few English channels, good black out curtains, comfortable beds (pillows could’ve been a little more supportive), good shower pressure and temperature, good-sized closet space.
Certain corridors in the hotel overlook the train station platforms which is kinda cool. Breakfast is around the corner from the check in lobby and was a terrific spread of hot/cold foods, and I thoroughly enjoyed this each morning. Great that they are very diligent on providing allergen information and a special dietary needs section."
