"This home was beyond filthy with stained sheets, stained shower, maggots , mildew and mold. The smell inside could possibly be interior mold. We didnt even stay after seeing it upon check in. The owner refused to refund our money and stopped responding to my messages and claimed he was working with VRBO but has kept ALL of our funds. "This house had a true Louisiana vibe....felt like home. I as a Dad...can tell you that they're aspects of house rental that are unappreciated. This house had hot water, good water pressure, an adequate kitchen and great A/C. All the bathrooms were functional and love the size of the master bathroom....BIG! Mom said she loved the beds...there was a bit of a climb for a 5'2'' granny...but all the beds were nice. Thanks to Chris and Kiara, we had a great family reunion."
