We warmly welcome you to the enchanting region of the Upper Main Valley-Coburg region in Marktgraitz.
Our Steinachtal holiday paradise comprises three extremely comfortable and particularly child-friendly holiday homes, each of which can accommodate up to 5 people plus a baby cot.
On the ground floor of each house you will find a spacious living room with cosy upholstered furniture, satellite TV, radio, CD and DVD player and an inviting dining area. The fully equipped kitchenette, including dishwasher, leaves nothing to be desired. A bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine provides additional comfort.
There are two bedrooms on the upper floor of the houses: one with a comfortable double bed and a children's travel cot, the other with three single beds. Of course, we also provide you with a complete set of equipment for small children.
In front of the houses there is a spacious terrace with cosy garden furniture and a barbecue. In addition, we offer a variety of leisure facilities such as a play hut, table tennis table, table football, a large trampoline and numerous play equipment. There is a car park directly in front of the complex, as well as a lockable bike room for the bikes you bring with you.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our holiday homes. WLAN, final cleaning, bed linen and hand and bath towels are included in the price - there are no additional charges.

Our holiday homes are the ideal starting point for excursions to the Franconian Forest, the Fichtel Mountains, Franconian Switzerland and the Thuringian Forest. Further excursion destinations are: Vierzehnheiligen Basilica, Banz Abbey, Banz forest climbing garden, Plassenburg Castle with tin figure museum in Kulmbach, Bamberg Cathedral City World Heritage Site, German Basket Museum in Michelau, Schuster Museum in Burgkunstadt. Veste Coburg, Rosenberg Fortress in Kronach, moated castle in Mitwitz, Wagner city of Bayreuth, Bad Staffelstein with the Obermaintherme, wildlife park with petting zoo and falconry demonstration at Tambach Castle, leisure parks and much more! Nearby you will also find an outdoor pool heated to 24 degrees with a very nice children's area, mini golf and newly designed indoor pools, such as the Cranamare in Kronach and Meraniabad in Lichtenfels.

Our village of Marktgraitz is nestled in a beautiful natural landscape on the northern border of the district of Lichtenfels. First documented mention in 1071, market rights since 1719, approx. 1400 inhabitants. Altitude: 310 metres. Worth seeing are the old parish church, the beautiful village centre and the prehistoric fortification of the "Graatzer Berg"! Numerous club festivals take place in summer. Old customs are also still upheld here, such as the St John's bonfire. The landscape along the Rodach between Marktgraitz and Redwitz was transformed into a near-natural floodplain in an exemplary project. An educational trail on the subject of rivers and floodplains leads through it. Anyone looking for nature can explore the floodplain area. Well-marked and newly created footpaths and cycle paths lead visitors through the varied river landscape along the Rodach nature trail. The Rodachsteg, an impressively constructed pedestrian bridge with a viewing platform, invites visitors to observe nature at length. There are 13 information boards along the nature trail.
