Eine sehr schöne Wohnung an einem tollen Ort weit oberhalb von Marktschellenberg. Die Gastgeberin Frau Koeppl war sehr aufmerksam und sehr ahngenehm im Gespräch. Wir kommen bei Gelegenheit gern wieder.

Von Anfang bis Ende hat alles super geklappt. Die Buchung und Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Bis dato haben wir immer eine schnelle Rückmeldung erhalten. Die Wohnung ansich ist sehr gepflegt und man hat alles was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub zu haben. Mit dem Auto ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß. Wir würden dort wieder buchen.

Bis auf das schlechte Wetter, wofür natürlich niemand etwas kann, war es eine schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in den Bergen, pure Natur und absolute Ruhe, wenn man danach sucht! Es gibt viel zu sehen und jede Menge Wanderwege. Ausstattung war ok., leider keine Spülmaschine vorhanden. Aber auch damit kann man leben. Insgesamt eine schöne Zeit! VJ

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns Ausflugstipps gegeben. Die Badewanne war eine willkommene Überraschung. Ich hatte mit einer Dusche gerechnet. Die Wohnung hatte ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnessbereich mit ausklappbarer Couch. In der Küche gab es einen Toaster, einen Herd, einen Backofen, Wasserkocher und Filterkaffeemaschine sowie einen Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach,alles was wir brauchten. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden zu Verfügung gestellt. Einen Föhn, falls man einen braucht, sollte man selber mitbringen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde sogar eine Steckdose für E - Autos angebaut, so dass auch Urlauber mit diesen Fahrzeugen ihre Autos adäquat laden können. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und buchen das nächste Mal bestimmt wieder die Wohnung.

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce. Le point négatif est la puissance du wifi, c'est quand même acceptable. Sinon je recommande cette location pour un couple et une personne. Ce lieu est apaisant..Il est à proximité de nombreuses balades,lacs et visites. La gérante est à l'écoute et bienveillante.

Wir haben 12 sehr schöne Tage verbracht und konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Tolle Ferien Wohnung und sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und man kann von hier aus sehr viel unternehmen. Mfg Herr Soland.

Fast on boarding and most importantly - easy. The place has all you ever need, from dishes to WiFi. During the night you can barely hear the movement outside, meaning it is very peaceful - unless some wild life starts to kick in. Every single day you have a chance to enjoy mountains view - just few steps from the leaving place. Household/keepers are super nice, it adds a lot to stay satisfied. Definitely recommended. Also imagine ourselves coming to skiing season - bet it will be even better.

Zu aller erst muss ich sagen dass wir am Ankunftstag schon 5 Stunden zu früh da waren. Trotzdem hat Frau Köppl Die Wohnung schon gereinigt gehabt und uns herzlich empfangen. Wir durften also schon 5 Stunden vor dem eigentlichen Bezugstermin einziehen. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand! Das einzigste was ich bemängeln könnte wäre der Komfort im Badezimmer. Da bin ich aber auch sehr pingelig, da ich in der Branche arbeite. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Einrichtung ist etwas altbacken gehalten, was aber im wesentlichen Zu dem Ort Berchtesgaden passt. Marktschellenberg ist eine perfekte Lage man kommt schnell über die österreichische Grenze nach Salzburg, genauso schnell ist man mit dem Auto auch in dem wunderschönen Berchtesgaden.Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung und kommen gerne wieder. Sehr erholsamer Kurzurlaub. Unterkunft war sauber und gemütlich. Fam.Köppl war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider hat das Wetter nicht so richtig mitgemacht. Auch unser Enkel war begeistert. Dort werden wir mit Sicherheit noch einmal unseren Urlaub verbringen.
