"Very dated hotel and room smelled like old carpet. Minimal items for breakfast Not much for amenities"

"Excellent breakfast. Wide selection of quality food to suit every taste. Staff were genuinely friendly and ready to help. Kitchen was good. Would like have have had a kettle, corkscrew and bread knife, but no deal breker. I would defi ley recommend,and stay again. "

"The hotel is cleaner than it had been previously. The staff is quite obliging. The breakfast is excellent, but dinner in the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. They didn’t even have coffee. We have stayed many times and are always quite pleased for the price. "

"The lobby was very nice. It was open and airy and the staff was great. The room was tired. It had nicks on the furniture and scuffs on the walls. It would have been a fantastic room ten years ago. We paid to have a suite with a kitchen due to food allergies and that was very nice. The indoor pool was overflowing with hockey teams. We had to book a time to go but the teams did not leave. One father was throwing a football to a child in the pool! The kids were not being told not to yell. It was not enjoyable at all. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. "

"Absolutely worth the price"

"It was clean and cozy. Only issue was the people upstairs started getting very active around 11pm until 2:30am each night. We were there for 3 nights and the heavy walking and noise took place during those hours each night. "

"Affordable last minute option. Very, very pleased with the accommodation. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Clean room and they provided towels and toiletries. Took the room with a private bathroom for an additional fee. Very friendly and amiable hosts. Highly recommended."
