"Elizabeth has done a great job creating such a lovely spot on the river and a few doors down from the Gelston and Goidspeed Opera house. The accommodations were comfortable and very convenient as we were visiting our daughter who works for Goodspeed. We had some confusion with our checking in process however Elizabeth was quick to rectify, very generous and gracious making all things right. Our stay was a blessing."

Lose to Old Saybrook where my dad is in assisted living. The location of thisproperty allowed us to spend quality time with him."

"Gregg is a great host, very fast to respond to questions. Property has great architecture (pre 1900) and features. Roomy and comfortable. Neighborhood is a bit rundown. "My pup and I stayed at this perfect little spot for a 3 night business trip. It is the middle of three apartments/suites within one building. There are 3+ acres to explore with the pup which they had snowplowed a perfect loop (although of course the pup wanted to go off the trail!). It was quiet and easy to find and park. This place was perfect for my stay, my host provided me with everything that I could possibly need to feel right at home. I would totally recommend if you are looking for a comfortable quiet place to relax while you’re traveling this is it. I would totally book again."
