"We spent 5 nights at the property in June 2025.The location is exceptional, on Oriental Bay and a short walk to bars, restaurants, supermarket, takeaways, Te Papa, Sunday markets etc.It is an older style Wellington flat, a little bit dated, but we found it very comfortable and warm, and enjoyed staying there. It is not a very quiet location if that is what you are looking for, but we loved being right on the beachfront road and pathway with its passing parade of characters and people wandering...

"Overall we were very happy with our stay. The apartment is conveniently located in the CBD with an abundance of restaurants nearby. The rates were priced very well. The only small concern is the level of noise at times at night time. "

"Well thought out and well cared for property. Parking can be a hassle, but that’s life in the city. So clean and organized, nice quality cookware too. Would absolutely stay there again, perfect!"
