"Beautiful situation overlooking the square and cathedral. Luckily the bells were silent during the night. Managed to park on the street (Blue Disk during the day) but hotel par was not offered. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant on the square; god food at a reasonable price. "

"We did not arrive until 11.30pm as we were stuck for 3 hours in traffic in switzerland and had no way of contacting the owner. She was wonderful as we thought we would be sleeping in the car that night, but she got out of bed and let us in. Following morning, breakfast was all home made and the owner accepted my sincere apologies for the late arrival. May be an idea that Expedia gives each other a phone number to ring if late as I had no access to email whilst driving. "

"Our favourite place to stop when heading into France. Only two hours eurotunnel or ferries at Calais. Secure parking (gated) is the main reason we first stayed and now we appreciate the 24hr front desk when arriving late after travel delays. Our 4th year staying here and the service is always helpful and pleasant. Rooms are always very clean and comfortable. Breakfast has just what you need, eggs and bacon, plus several breads, yogurt and cereals. Petrol and large Cassino supermarket 4 mins away also. "
