"We had to clean the room and make the beds, but the staff were very nice and the location was perfect. Close to the lake, amazing views, and excellent price. We would stay again "

"Great base, short walk to town centre and 5 minutes to ski lifts. We had young children and the walk from the lifts back to the accommodation with skis was too much, so worth renting a locker at the ski lifts"

"The property was okay. After check out they didn’t respond to my email about returning my security deposit, and the transaction still shows as pending in my account. Not sure when or if they will respond. "

"Great apartment for the price. Comfortable & had everything we needed (wouldn’t have liked to actually cook in there as not much space) Good location close to slopes. "

"I don’t think the property is used to having guests for short stays. It was a great spot for me to get in some amazing hikes and I loved having a kitchen to cook. The pillows were terrible- wish I had the luxury of bringing my own!"

"The staff were helpful and the facilities were good at the property, ski in ski out, raclette to hire also thank you so much to the ladies and Charles at the other Azureva (Les confin) for sorting out our ski hire and making renting very smooth for us, great attention to detail. "Being that my stay was in June, it was very difficult to find transport to and from without my own car. Limited front desk hours (ability to check in) also made this more difficult to coordinate. The beds/pillows were not comfortable, BUT, the space was excellent. I was there to hike and enjoy the scenery and I did. I'd recommend being there in July/August if you want more people and stores open, or as I was told, in winter, when there is a free shuttle going to other villages. Overall, I loved...

"The apartment was of high quality and was larger than normal. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was exceptional."

"The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Our room and bathroom were nicely appointed, with space to move around and store our items. Loved the window that opened to enjoy the view of Lake Annecy and the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most spoke English well (as with anywhere in France, always start with "bonjour"). We arranged for a reserved parking space in their snug-but-manageable underground parking area. It is an easy 3-4 minute walk from the hotel to the main old town area. Will stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return!"
