A huge thank you to Ronel, who was so welcoming and kindly upgraded us to a Family Suite at no extra cost—she is a fantastic host! Chichi was equally lovely and made us feel so taken care of. The absolute highlight? Coming back from our Kruger Park trip to find that the lodge management had washed our car! We’ve stayed in countless places, but we have never experienced hospitality like this. We highly, highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!"
