"Lovely hotel in a convenient part of Baga close to all the places and beaches we like to visit "

"We was booked in for 14 nights however only stayed for 2 .The location was good, the room and pool was clean and tidy. Food at restaurant and good. The major problem we had was than the reception would only take cash. We had to get a taxi to take us to several atms to obtain enough cash for two nights. As we would of had the do this for the next fortnight we decided to find a different hotel. We wasted the first 3 days of our holiday because of this. There was not indication that the hotel only...

"Great position, close to so much but very quiet location. A little old and tired looking, but very clean and neat. The staff are amazing and always going out of their way to help in anyway needed."

"Absolutely awful! I arrived with the photo, it did not match what was in front of me. The facilities and the room did not meet my expectations. When I asked the staff to give me refund they said no. False advertising or what! The welcome drink tasted like gone off oil and slightly like faeces. I was sick in their bushes outside and when I asked for a bottle of water they gave me a glass....which was the same one as the 'juice'. Horrendous and Expedia let me down as no one was answering...

"Nothing like 4 star. Unclean towels, Wasserkocher faulty, no water at night, had no napkins, no toilet paper Staff was friendly and evening entertainment was nice. If Service and attention to details for things like above is improved, can be a nice boutique place."
