It was a 3 star hotel But rooms need updating Pool area very tidy and clean Very basic food you couldn’t have a proper meal because restaurant area not in good condition or suitable overall it in a good location so I would say it’s sufficient but not higher than a 3 star

Home from home

Lovely welcoming return to Arya. I stayed in an Executive room on the first floor, it was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help you if you needed anything. The breakfast was lovely, plenty to chose from if you didn’t want the traditional breakfast.

Rezervasyona ragmen kalacağımız gün yer yok dendi

Aylar önce rezervasyon yaptığımız oteli giriş yapacagımız gündüz aradık ve otele akşam giriş yapacagımızın bilgisini verdik sıkıntı yok dendi ve giriş saatimize yarım saatten daha kısa bir süre kala arandık ve otelin dolu oldugu boş yerlerinin olmadığı kendilerince uygun görülen başka bir yerde kalacağımız söylendi ve hiç bir şekilde denkliği olmayan bir yerdi. Kabul etmediğimiz için çıkan tartışmanın ardından ne yazıkki karakolluk olduk.tehdit edildik Polis merkezindeki görevli polislerin yardımı ve orta yol bulmaya çalışıldı ve otel sahibi ertesi gün kalmışız gibi bir fatura keserek paramızın İadesini yaptı ve ortada kaldık. Kendi çabamızla başka bir konaklama yerine artık çokta bir seçim şansımız olmadığı için geçtik mecburen kaldık. Kesinlikle ama kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim bir işletme degil ne yazıkki. Paranıza yazık.

Great place to stay

Staff were excellent, all very helpful to me. I would highly recommend this Hotel. My room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and included in my price 😊 The pool was only just open but I managed a cold swim 😊

Good space, should care more about the service

The space was great, however, everything else was not that great. In the description when I booked the hotel it says "mountain view" but there was no view at all, they gave us ground floor apart. with views on the pool and other on a pathway where you hear every step of anyone passing. As we were trying to sleep early, there was a very loud music coming from the bar/cafe of the hotel, and it didn't stop at least until 11PM, and the sound does not go away when we close the windows. Finally, there was only one "shower gel" in the bathroom, no shampoo.

We booked the Executive Suite which we got, unfortunately it was located above the hotel kitchen. We were woken every morning around 5 / 6 am by banging doors and all the noises that accompany a busy kitchen. This continued late at night also, we also had to endure the noise from the refrigeration units throughout the night.

Все великолепно. Люди работают и работают качественно. Встретили в аэропорту на микроавтобусе, хозяин всегда на связи по ватсапу, отвечает моментально. Приехали в отель,нас встретили как родных, накормили, напоили спать уложили - приезд ночной. Так же был ночной выезд- все точно и вовремя. Семья владельцев и сами работают и поставили очень хорошую качественную работу всего персонала. Eсть русскоговорящая женщина Лейла, которая нам всегда все переводила и помогала. Привет, Лейла).Также передаем свое уважение Арихану и если правильно пишу имя его супруге Йокбен - это хозяева, мы приедем еще). И привет всему персоналу, всем сотрудникам - мы вам благодарны за прием и приятные сюрпризы, которые наш отдых сделали еще лучше. До встречи)

Her sey muhteşemdi.Sabah kahvaltısını oğlumuz erken uyandığı için zamanından çok önce hazırladılar. Oda temizliği ve otel temizliği olmasi gerektigi gibiydi.Guler yuzlerini gic eksik etmediler.Otel aksam yemekleri olmasina rağmen civarda yakin temiz mekanlarin adreslerini bile verdiler. Arihan and his family also the staff are the friendliest people who are always willing to assist you in any way and the Arya is absolutely spotless the food is fantastic.We have been staying at the Arya for many years and in the 25 years we have been coming to İçmeler the Arya is our favourite place to stay.The pool is kept in pristine condition.Arihan and his wife Gokben work so hard along with the staff to make everyone so welcome and feel at ease making the holiday so relaxing.Arihan keep up the good work and you should be really proud of the way you look after your guests.

The location is excellant, far enough away from all the noise but close enough to wander into town. The accommodation was dated but very clean, staff were very friendly and staff couldn't do enough for you. Would highly recommend this hotel for a budget break.

You get what you pay for!

We stayed here because we had family members at İçmeler/Marmaris. As the title suggests you get what you paid for. The only thing that I thought wasn’t acceptable was the showers. The pressure of the water and the temperate is the problem. It takes about 5 mins for the water to become luke warm. And the pressure of the water can only be compared to warm summer rain.
