Couldn't wait to leave

Good points , nice size bedroom and bathroom. Food terrible, drinks awful, noise levels from surrounding bars very loud, noise from other guests also very loud, we stayed 2 nights and couldn't wait to go. Never had a smile or welcome from any of the staff, lady on reception makes you want to leave before you have checked in , she was that unpleasant, luckily we went to dalyan when we left and had the exact opposite experience.

Fine for a short break

Hotel was in a great location, central to shops and restaurants. Easy to walk to anywhere, and close to the beach. This was a big plus. The downside to the location was the noise as night. Close to a couple of bars, including kareoke. Was very noisy trying to sleep, sound proof very poor. Pool area was nice. Small and cosy which was fine for us. Bar near the pool serving drinks. Never had to queue. Room was modern. Looked nice, had a balcony. Beds where quite hard so a little uncomfy for me but not terrible. Water given daily and has a fridge is handy. Good aircon. Lift to top floor. Food was ok. Not much choice and not much for british but we managed and we also ate out. Staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Especially the older gentleman at meal times, I didnt get his name, he was lovely. The area is great for shopping, lots of good fake shops nearby. Nice restaurants also. We had a turkish bath and did a boat trip. Had a lovely 3 night break.

Location was great but only positive thing I can say about this hotel. The rooms were dirty, no housekeeping- 5 days after arriving I had to ask them to empty our bins, change bedding & towels. That was the only time our bedding was changed in 14 nights. Ants all over the dining area next to drinks dispenser, shortage of cups & glasses during dining. Bar area was filthy, limited drinks. Staff were not very accommodating, made us feel more of a hindrance. On our last day we were told to checkout by 12 midday, we asked for a late check out & were happy to pay the fee of 40 euros but we were told the room was not available & there was no where for us to shower before being picked up at 6pm to go the the airport. We were also told we had to leave our luggage in the reception for 6 hours as there was no room for them to put be put in a secure area. The hotel was empty and yet they insisted that the hotel was full. I could see housekeeping had not been to our room as we were leaving the hotel at 5.40pm, so very confused as to why we could not have kept our room until then. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Yemekleri ve tatlıları çok lezzetliydi. Olumsuz olarak, odada havlular ve çarşaflar yeterince temiz değildi ve merkezi konumda olduğu için ister istemez çevresindeki barların sesleri odaya geliyordu, geç saatlere kadar uyumak mümkün olmadı.

Odamda 1 balkon vardı direk jenaratör dibinde bir şey göremiyorsunuz üstelik resarvosyon yaptığım oda degildi tuvalet kapağı yerinden cıkmış dolablar komidinler eski kapayıp actıkca suntalar dökülüyor.Sadece sabah kahvaltısı yaptım herşey dahil oldugu halde ben yiyemedim.Olum tek tarafı calışanlar iyiydi yardımcı oluyorlar.Sauna ve spa yazıyordu öyle bir şey yok göremedim.B

Harika işletme, tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Denize yakın, konumu merkezi. Kahvaltı ve yemekler açıkbüfe ve kesinlikle çok güzel. Snack ve 5 çayı ile birlikte kuru pasta servisi de var. Herşey dahil konsepti kesinlikle öneririm.

Das gesamte Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist, bedingt durch anliege de Bars sehr laut, aber um 0:00 ist Ruhe. Strand liegt einige Fußmeter entfernt. Sehr schöne Strandpromenade zum Spazieren gehen.

otelde 1 hafta konakladık hizmet güzeldi yemekler enfes ve her şey tazeydi. yemekler 7 günde sadece 1-2 kez tekrar etti. kahve makinasının sürekli ya sütü ya da kahvesi bitiyordu düzenli kontrol edilmesi gerek. havuzdaki kaydırak saatinde aksamalar oluyordu ama hatırlattığınız zaman hemen açılıyor. eğer odanız havuz tarafına bakıyorsa karşıdaki karaoke bar gece saat 1e kadar baya aktif balkon kapınız açık şekilde uyumak pek mümkün değil(kapalıyken de bazen zorlayıcı olabiliyor). temizlik konusunda bizimle ilgilenen abla çok tatlıydı ona çok teşekkür ediyoruz. bar kısmı hızlı ve eksiksizdi barmen arkadaşa da teşekkürler. bizim konakladığımız dönem(eylül sonu) çok fazla yabancı turist vardı otelde Türk olarak azınlıkta hissettik. otel genel olarak beklentimizi karşıladı fiyatına göre bir beklentiyle gelirseniz üzülmezsiniz. söylediğiniz taktirde her şeyi bir şekilde çözüme kavuşturmaya çalışıyorlar.

Otele giriş yaptığımız gün odamızın hazırlanmasını beklerken öğlen yemeği yemek için izin istedim,resepsiyon görevlilerinin onaylaması ile yemek almaya gittiğimizde aşçı olduğunu öğrendiğim kişi bilekliğiniz yok diye bizi ailece dışarı çıkarttı.tavırkarı sanki bir suçlu yakalamış gibiydi.sorun sonradan çözülse de yaşadığımız bu olay bizim için hiç hoş olmadı.Onun dışında bütün personel güleryüzlü ve yardımcı oldular.Otel denize yürüme mesafesinde kendine ait plajı yok.otelin karşısında bulunan cafe gece 3 kadar canlı müzik yapıyor uyumak mümkün değil.yemekler idare eder.

Benim için tam bir hayal kırıklığı oldu bu otel otelin karşısında karaoke bar tarzinda bi yer vardi 1 e kadar uyuyamadik hersey dahildi ama hic bisey yok gibiydi otelde 5 kişi varmiş bu yuzden acik büfe degildi ne getirirlerse onu yedik diyebilirim kahvalti yinede biraz guzeldi çalışanlara asla sözüm yok hepsi cok iyi ve cok ilgiliydiler istekleriniz hemen karşılanıyor çözüm odaklı temizlik konusunda da temizdi bence mutfak personeli olsun servis yapan arkadaslar olsun resepsiyon olsun hepsine teşekkür ediyorum güler yüzleri için
