Staff working the reception needs to take a lesson from the gentleman, named Senol who was not only extremely attentive, but equally pleasant. "We had a fabulous holiday. We arrived early and the reception staff were friendly and very helpful with checking us into our room.
The room was on the top floor,spacious and clean.
We went to the restaurant the staff are very polite and helpful, the food good quality and enjoyable.
Later we went to sit by the pool and enjoy the relaxing, peace and quiet. The pool is a good size .
Well done to all the staff for making our short break an enjoyable one."

"Omer the owner greeted us on arrival at 5am and showed us to our rooms we did order triple bed room and another double and single instead got 2 rooms triple which wasn't appropriate for the young child that sleeps with my sister. The next day he did change it to what we ordered. Opposite hotel is Scotia bar they are extremely loud and play music til 1-2am. I complained to omer and said they stop at midnight this was not the case and went to bed sleepless for 2 nights. 3rd night I made him call...
