We lasted 1 night we had to check out and pay for another hotel. No one could speak English communication was terrible, the room was dirty and restaurant was that filthy and unhygienic I wouldn’t feed an animal in there, there was no way we could eat there we would have got ill.

Our four-night stay was extremely disappointing and fell far below what we expected. We also witnessed constant complaints from other guests about the same or similar issues throughout our stay.On arrival, the manager offered us a “free upgrade” but would not leave the room unless we paid him a “gift”. When we explained we only had a card, we were told we could not have the room. The first room was flooded, with a mouldy fridge, a gas smell and faeces on the bed sheets. The 2nd room had a broken toilet seat, broken balcony handle, dirty bedding and mould in the bathroom. Our room was not cleaned during the four nights. We had to ask for fresh towels or toilet roll. The food was a major issue. I have a cheese allergy and requested a plain omelette, but was told they would not make one and that I would be “okay”. Food was repeatedly cold, flies were around the food and there were very limited options. We therefore had to buy food elsewhere despite paying for all-inclusive.On the third night, the entire hotel had no running water. Staff told us to stop being dramatic and suggested having a drink to forget about it (we are all inclusive) The hotel was generally very dirty, with sewage and cat urine smells, mould, broken ti broken drains, muck around the pool and broken glass around the pool.On checkout, we were told the luggage room did not lock or have monitoring.Overall, this was a very distressing experience. We would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Arrived at 4.30 am with a 7 year old? Was told they have no rooms and to wait for the manager to arrive after 10am, Even though id booked , paid, got confirmation and emailed the hotel earlier to inform them of arrival time with a reply saying 'dont worry'. The chap behind the counter to be fair did allow the expedia advisor to call his mobile and he did call a taxi for me for my relocation.

Sehr schmutziges und ekliges Hotel. Die Zimmer wurden uns dreckig übergeben, Zimmerservice putzt Zimmer nicht ordentlich, Tiere im Bett und Außenbereich gefunden, habe viele Stiche am Körper. Kaputter Waschbecken, verschimmeltes Badezimmer, heruntergekommene Zimmer usw. nicht empfehlenswert!!!

fiyat güzeldi. o yüzden bu fiyata 5 yıldız otel konforu beklemeyin zaten. akşam yemekte ne var diye düşündürmeyen bir otel. hergün tavuk çıkıyor çünkü :) ama lezzet kötü değil. denize yürüme mesafesinde. çalışan personel güler yüzlü. Fatmagül, irem, Ela ve Ege ye çok teşekkürler

Otel, personal çok iyiydi. 1 binadakı odaların tamire ihtiyacı var. Klima sesinden 1 gece hiç uyumadık. Sonra hemen odamızı değiştirdiler. Teşekkür ederim :) Yemekler lezzetliydi. Kokteyller güzeldi.
